The 45-year-old quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has $26 million worth of properties, including houses in New York, Florida, and even Montana.

Additionally, he has sold homes for more than $140 million, earning nearly $30 million in profit from only real estate transactions.

His most recent acquisition is a $17 million property in Miami's "Billionaire's Bunker" neighbourhood on Indian Creek Island.

According to property records, Brady and Bündchen reduced their Manhattan residence in late last year, exchanging their north-facing 6,500 square foot, 12th level condo for a south-facing 5,300 square foot, 12th floor home.

Brady spent at least several million dollars on the acquisition; according to the Yellowstone Club website, condominiums start at $5.7 million and houses may cost up to $30 million.

The estate was bought by Brady and Bündchen for $4.5 million in 2013.
